Another fantastic idea, that I can’t really take full credit for. My sister (sissy) started making these for B1 as a treat & he LOVES them, sissy’s normally consist of healthy & not so healthy foods…..!!! This is the healthy version. My kids love it and its a great way to get them eating lots of healthy foods from different food groups…it’s basically a kids mini-smorgasbord. On this occasion we have roast pork, chicken schnitzel (home-made), cheese, carrot, cucumber, cheese & pita bread (with some vegemite on it). And you can see the end result!
